Singapore Style Noodles | Cooking with Aunty D

Water 225 ml

Maggi Papare Kottu 1 packet

Seasoning Powder

Onion Oil

Curry Powder 1 tbsp

Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp

Sugar 1 tsp

Sesame Oil 1 tbsp

Soy Sauce

Water 2 tbsp

Oil 1 tbsp

Onion 1

Bell Pepper 1

Bean Sprouts 100g

Chicken 200g

Olive Oil 1 tbsp

Green onion+sesame seeds


  1. Add water and Maggi Papare Kottu to a saucepan. Bring to boil.
  2. Add the seasoning and oil sachets. Mix well.
  3. Mix together curry powder, turmeric powder, sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce and water in a bowl.
  4. Add oil to a pan and let it heat. Add onion and bell pepper and stir for a few minutes.
  5. Add the boiled Maggi Papare kottu to the pan, followed by seasoning mixture and bean sprouts. Stir vigourously.
  6. Add salt to taste and serve.
