Pork Curry | Cooking with Aunty D

Ingredients: 

Pork 750g

Lemongrass 6 inches

Green Chilli 2 nos

Bombay Onion 1 medium

Curry Leaves/Rampe

Pepper 1 tsp

Chilli Powder 1 1/2 tsp

Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp

Salt 2 tsp

Cinnamon 1 inch

Cloves 3 nos

Cardamom 3 nos

Goraka 2 cloves

Water

Method:

  1. Add pork, lemongrass, green chilli, bombay onion, curry leaves, rampe, pepper, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and goraka to a pot. Mix well.
  2. Add water to cover the pork. Cook until pork is tender.
