Ingredients:
Pork 500g
Bombay Onion 1 Large
Pepper 1 Tbsp
Salt 1 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric 1/2 Tsp
Vinegar 1 1/2 Tbsp
Water 1 1/4 Cup
Lemongrass 2 Inches
Ginger 1 Tbsp
Garlic 1 Tbsp
Cinnamon 1 Inch
Green Chilli
Curry Leaves + Pandan Leaves
Method:
- Wash and cut pork
- Add pepper, salt, turmeric, vinegar, lemongrass, cinnamon and water. Boil on a medium flame until the water evaporates.
- Remove the cooked pork from the fire and heat another pan with oil. Once the oil is heated, add clove, cardamom, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, pandan leaves and green chilli. Mix well.
- Add the cooked pork and add 1/4 cup of water. Add Bombay Onion and mix well. Switch off the flame.
