Garlic 1 clove
Peppercorn 5 nos
Salt 1 tsp
Chilli Flakes 4 tsp
Small Onion 10 nos
Maldive Fish 1 tbsp
COCOnut Frozen Grated Coconut 1/2 pkt
First, use a mortar and pestle to grind the garlic and peppercorn.
Next, add salt, chilli flakes, small onions and grind once more.
Add maldive fish into the mix followed by COCOnut Frozen Grated Coconut and lime juice and mix all the ingredients together once more.
Finally, serve your pol sambol once you get a consistent colour and mix.
