COCOnut Frozen Grated Coconut 200g

Green Chilli 3 nos
B. Onion 2 medium
All Purpose Flour 400g
Water 3/4 cup
First, add COCOnut Frozen Grated Coconut into a bowl followed by salt, green chilli, big onion, curry leaves and mix well.
Next, add all purpose flour into the same bowl followed by water and mix well with the other ingredients.
Break down the dough into small parts.
Sprinkle some flour over a board, place the pol roti dough on the board and use a rolling pin to flatten the dough.
Next, use a circular-shaped cutter to create the rote shape from the dough.
Finally, place the pol roti dough over a heated pan and cook them well until golden brown.
