Mutton Cheese Kottu | Cooking with Aunty D

Ingredients:

Oil 1 tbsp

Bombay onion 1 medium

Curry leaves + Pandan (rampe)

Ginger 1 tsp

Garlic 1 tsp

Eggs 2

Carrot 1/2 cup

Leeks 1/2 cup

Tomato 2 medium

Capsicum 1

Green Chilli 2 nos

Chopped Godamba Roti 5 nos

Mutton Curry

Mozarella cheese

Salt 1/2 tsp

Pepper 1/2 tsp

Method: 
  1. Add oil, Bombay onion, curry leaves, rampe, ginger and garlic. Mix well.
  2. Add whisked eggs, carrots, leeks, tomato, capsicum and green chilli. Mix again.
  3. Add chopped Goddamba roti, mutton curry. Mix and add in mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper.
