Mushroom and Broccoli Stir Fry Noodles | Cooking with Aunty D

Ingredients: 

Maggi Special Family Pack

Broccoli 350g

Sesame Oil 1 tbsp

Button Mushrooms 200g

Garlic 3 cloves

Chilli Flakes 1 1/2 tsp

Green Onion 1/4 cup

Hoisin Sauce 2 tbsp

Roasted Cashews 50g

Method: 
  1. Add water into a pan followed by the Maggi Special Family Pack.
  2. When the noodles are boiled halfway, add broccoli, mix well and remove from heat once fully cooked.
  3. Add sesame oil into a pan followed by button mushrooms, garlic, chilli flakes, green onions and stir fry well.
  4. Add the boiled noodles and broccoli into the pan and mix well with the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Finally, add the remaining stock from the boiled noodles, hoisin sauce, roasted cashews and mix well.
