Mango Curry | Cooking with Aunty D

Mango 500g 

Oil 1 tbsp 

Fenugreek ¼ tsp 

Cinnamon ½ inch 

Sweet Cumin ¼ tsp 

Cumin Seeds 1/4 tsp

Green Chilli 4 nos 

Bombay Onion 1

Curry Leaves/rampe 

Unroasted Chilli Powder 1 tsp

Roasted Chilli Powder 1 tsp  

Sugar 1 ½ tbsp 


  1. Cut mango and remove the seeds. 
  2. Add water and soak for 15 minutes 
  3. Heat oil and add fenugreek, cinnamon, sweet cumin, cumin seeds, green chilli, bombay onion, curry leaves/rampe, unroasted chilli powder, roasted chilli powder and salt. Mix well. 
  4. Add soaked mango and sugar. Pour water to cover the mango and cook under low flame.
