Macaroni 1 cup
Salt 3/4 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Fresh Cream 1/4 cup
Fresh Milk 1/4 cup
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Mozarella Cheese 1/4 cup
Processed Cheese 1/4 cup
Kochchi 4 nos
- Boil macaroni, adding 1/2 tsp of salt to the water. Drain and keep aside.
- In a pan, add butter, fresh cream and fresh milk. Stir vigorously. Add pepper, salt (1/4 tsp), mozzarella cheese, processed cheese and stir until the cheese melts.
- Add the boiled macaroni and pasta. Mix well.
- Serve and garnish with more mozzarella cheese and kochchi.
