Ingredients:
Bitter gourd 250g
Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
Capsicum 1 large
Green and Red Chilli 3 nos
Bombay Onion 1 medium
Tomato 2 medium
Garlic 10 cloves
Curry Leaves + Rampe
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Curry powder 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Coconut milk (thick) 1 1/2 cup
Coconut Milk 1 cup
Method:
- Remove seeds from bitter gourd and slice lengthways.
- Place in a pan and add fenugreek, capsicum, green and red chilli, bombay onion, tomato, garlic, curry leaves and rampe, turmeric, curry powder, chilli powder, salt and thick coconut milk.
- Stir and bring to boil. Cover with a lid and let it cook. Serve while warm.
