Satisfy your sweet tooth with this quick and easy Gulab Jamun recipe which is sure to be a hit!
Sera White Coconut Oil
Milk Powder 1 cup
All-Purpose Flour 1/4 cup
Ghee 1 tbsp
Milk 1 tbsp
Curd/ Yoghurt 2 tbsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1 1/4 cups
Water 1 1/2 cups
Cardamom 4 pods
Rose essence 3 drops
- Add flour, baking soda, milk, yoghurt (curd) and ghee to milk powder and make balls.
- Add water, sugar, cardamom and bring to boil. Make sugar syrup, off the flame and add rose essence.
- Fry Gulab Jamun balls using Sera White Coconut Oil until golden brown and add them to warm sugar syrup. Keep 5-8 hours.
- Can garnish with sliced pistachios.
