Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbsp
Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon 1/2 inch
Sweet Cumin 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Garlic 3 cloves
B. Onion 1 medium
Curry Leaves
Rampe
Green Chilli 2 nos
Red Chilli 2 nos
Tomatoes 1 large
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli Flakes 1/2 tsp
Curry Powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Eggs 7 nos
Maggie Organic Coconut Milk
Salt 1 tsp
Method:
Add oil into a pot followed by fenugreek, cinnamon, Sweet cumin, cumin, garlic, curry leaves, rampe, big onion and mix well.
Next, add green chilis, red chillis, tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilli flakes, curry powder, chilli powder and mix well.
Add the boiled eggs followed by Maggi organic coconut milk, salt and mix well and cover the pot with a lid.
Serve once the curry is mixed well with the rest of the ingredients.
