We’re always on the lookout for an easy snack that’s quick and delicious. Check out our easy chicken sandwich recipe below!
Ingredients:
- Sliced bread – 6 slices
- Mixed Chicken – 100g
- Onion – 1 small
- Green chilies – 2
- Tomato – 1 small
- MeadowLea fat spread
- Vegetable oil 2 tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Mustard paste ½ tsp
- Mayonnaise ½ tsp
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add minced chicken and pepper. Stir well.
2. Add MeadowLea fat spread into a bowl, then add mustard paste, mayonnaise, pepper, salt, chopped green chilies, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, and finally add chicken.
3. Mix well and make a paste.
4. Lightly spread MeadowLea fat spread onto the bread slices, and cover with another slice of bread.
