Crab Curry | Cooking with Aunty D

Ingredients:

Oil 1 ½ tbsp
Fenugreek ½ tsp
Sweet cumin ¼ tsp
Cinnamon 1inch
B Onion 1 large
Garlic 5 cloves
Rampe
Curry Leaves
Turmeric ½ tsp
Curry Powder 1 ½ tsp
Chilli Powder 1 ½ tsp
Pepper ½ tsp
Crab 500 g
Tomatoes 2 medium
Coconut Milk 1 ½ cups
Salt 1 tsp
Green Chilli 2
Red Chilli 2
Moringa Leaves ¼ cup

Method:

Add oil to the pan. Follow up with fenugreek, sweet cumin, cinnamon, onion, garlic, rampe and curry leaves.

Mix and then add tumeric, curry powder, chilli powder and pepper.

Mix well and add crab.

Mix well and add tomatoes, coconut milk, and salt.

Let it boil and add chillis and moringa leaves.

Mix and cook until done.

Finally, serve and enjoy!
