Ingredients:
Flour 1/2 cups
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Brown Sugar 3/4 cups
Unsalted Butter 1/2 cups
Egg yolk 2 nos
Sera Coconut Milk 1/2 cup
Desiccated Coconut 1/4 cup
Chocolate chips 3/4 cups
Vanilla 1 tsp
Method:
- Add flour, baking powder, salt and brown sugar to a bowl and whisk.
- Add unsalted butter, egg yolks and Sera Coconut Milk. Whisk thoroughly.
- Add desiccated coconut, chocolate chips and vanilla. Mix well.
- Using an ice cream scoop, place dollops of the batter on a baking tray. Sprinkle with more desiccated coconut. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
