Ingredients:
Chickpeas 250g
Water (to soak overnight and boil)
Oil 1 tbsp
Dry Red Chilli 5 nos
Curry Leaves and Rampa
Bombay Onion 1
Garlic 4 cloves
Mustard Seeds 1/4tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/3 tsp
Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Curry Powder 1 tsp
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Green Chilli 2 nos
Coconut Milk 1 1/2 cups
Method:
- Place chickpeas in water. Soak overnight.
- Add oil, dry red chilli, curry leaves, rampa, bombay onion, garlic, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, chilli flakes, curry powder, chilli powder, salt, green chilli and coconut milk. Cover with a lid.
