Big Onion 2 small
Green Chilli 2 nos
Garlic 5 cloves
Fenugreek 3/4 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Curry Powder 1 tsp
Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Maggi Organic Coconut Milk 1 1/4 cups
Water 1 cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp
First, cut the potatoes into small pieces and add them into a pot followed by, cabbage, big onion, green chilli, garlic, fenugreek, curry leaves, rampe, turmeric, curry powder, chilli powder, salt, Maggi organic coconut milk, water and mix the ingredients well.
Next, cover the pot with a lid and let the ingredients cook well.
Add more Maggi organic coconut milk into the pot and mix well with.
Next, add oil into a new pot followed by, garlic, cumin, fenugreek, onion, curry leaves, rampe, mustard seeds and mix well.
Finally, add the contents of the first pot into the second pot and mix all the ingredients well.
