Beer Battered Potato Wedges

Beer just makes everything better, don’t you agree? Try out these delicious Beer battered Wedges to tingle your taste buds! Get frying!

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes (Medium) 4
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Egg 1
  • All purpose flour 1 cup
  • Lion Beer 1/2 cup
  • Olive Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt 3/4 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for deep frying

Method:

  1. In a medium sized bowl, whisk flour, milk, egg, salt, oil, paprika and pepper until smooth. Stir in the beer.
  2. Microwave potatoes for 5 minutes and peel them. 
  3. Cut potatoes into wedges.
  4. Add potatoes into the beer batter and marinate for 15 minutes. 
  5. Heat oil and fry until golden brown.
