Beef Curry | Cooking with Aunty D

Ingredients: 

Beef 750g

Salt 1 tsp

Chilli Powder 3 tsp

Curry Powder 1 tsp

Pepper 1 tsp

Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp

Tamarind Juice 1/4 cup

Oil 1 tsp

Fenugreek 1/2 tsp

Cinnamon 1 inch

Cloves 4 nos

Cardamoms 3 nos

Curry leaves

Rampe

B. Onion 1 medium

Ginger + Garlic 1 1/2 tbsp

Green Chillis 2 nos

Coconut Milk 1 cup

Method:

First, marinate the beef with salt, chilli powder, curry powder, pepper, turmeric powder and tamarind juice.

Next, add oil into a pan followed by fenugreek, cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms, curry leaves, rampe, big onion and mix well.

Add ginger, garlic, marinated beef, green chillis and mix well with the other ingredients.

Cover the pan with a lid allowing the beef to cook well.

Finally, add coconut milk into the pan, mix well and cover the pan with a lid once more.

Finally, serve when the beef is completely cooked.
