Cooking with Aunty D.
Banana bread is a delicious bite to have! Get baking!
Ingredients:
- Flour 250 g
- Baking soda 1 tsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Lurpak butter 100 g
- Brown sugar 175 g
- Eggs (beaten) 2
- Mashed ripe banana (medium) 4
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Method:
- Mash the bananas.
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
- Cream together Lurpak butter and brown sugar.
- Add eggs little by little and beat well.
- Add vanilla extract and mashed bananas.
- Add flour to the banana mixture and fold well.
- Pour the batter into the loaf tray and bake at 175°C for 40-45 minutes.
