Ingredients:
- Bread 2 Slices
- Leeks 25g
- Carrots 25g
- Green Chili 1 no.
- Tomato 1 no. (medium)
- Soy Sauce 1 tsp
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Pepper 1/3 tsp
- Egg 1
- Mozzarella Cheese
Method:
1. Cut bread into cubes.
2. Add leeks and carrots to the bread and flatten it using a spoon.
3. Then add green chili, tomato, soy sauce, salt, pepper and egg.
4. Mix well and add mozzarella cheese.
5. Microwave for 2 minutes.
