Cooking with Aunty D.


Enjoy some delicious and spicy soya with your rice and curry! Get cooking!

Ingredients:

  • Soya 1 packet
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Leeks 50 g
  • Onion (large) 1
  • Tomato (large) 1
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce 2 tsp
  • Chilli paste 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Capsicum (large) 1
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Boiling water 3 cups

Method:

  1. Boil water and add it to the soya. Drain the water out after 5 minutes.
  2. Heat oil and add soya. Fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat another tsp of oil and add leeks, onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, tomato sauce, chilli paste, salt, capsicum and soy sauce.
  4. Then add fried soya.
  5. Add correct seasoning and serve.
