Lindt Hot Chocolate

Enjoy some yummy hot chocolate during this chilly weather! Get mixing!

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 litre
  • Vanilla 2 tsp
  • Black pepper corns 3/4 tsp
  • Lindt Excellence 70% Chocolate 200g
  • Cinnamon stick 1 inch 

Method:

  1. Heat the milk. Add vanilla, pepper corn and cinnamon stick.
  2. Do not let the milk boil.
  3. Add chocolate and whisk until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and allow it to boil for 25 minutes.
  5. Strain the liquid and pour into cups.
