Cooking with Aunty D.
Enjoy some yummy hot chocolate during this chilly weather! Get mixing!
Ingredients:
- Milk 1 litre
- Vanilla 2 tsp
- Black pepper corns 3/4 tsp
- Lindt Excellence 70% Chocolate 200g
- Cinnamon stick 1 inch
Method:
- Heat the milk. Add vanilla, pepper corn and cinnamon stick.
- Do not let the milk boil.
- Add chocolate and whisk until smooth.
- Remove from heat and allow it to boil for 25 minutes.
- Strain the liquid and pour into cups.
